Rev. Tomás Luis de Victoria (c. 1548 – 1611) was a Catholic priest, chapel master and famous composer of polyphonic choral music during the Spanish Renaissance. He has been considered one of the most relevant and advanced composers of his time, with an innovative style that heralded the imminent Baroque.
