Réspice in me et miserére mei, Dómine: quóniam únicus et pauper sum ego: vide humilitátem meam et labórem meum: et dimítte ómnia peccáta mea, Deus mesu. Ad te, Dómine, levávi ánimam meam: Deus meus, in te confído, non erubéscam. Glória Patri, et Fílio, et Spirítui Sancto. Sicut erat in princípio, et nunc, et semper, et in sǽcula sæculórum. Amen. Réspice in me et miserére mei, Dómine: quóniam únicus et pauper sum ego: vide humilitátem meam et labórem meum: et dimítte ómnia peccáta mea, Deus meus.

English Translation

Look toward me, and have pity on me, O Lord, for I am alone and afflicted. Put an end to my affliction and my suffering, and take away all my sins, O my God. To You, I lift up my soul, O Lord. In You, O my God, I trust; let me not be put to shame. Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen. Look toward me, and have pity on me, O Lord, for I am alone and afflicted. Put an end to my affliction and my suffering, and take away all my sins, O my God.
